A large JAMA Internal Medicine study of more than 700,000 mother and child pairs in Hong Kong found no link between prenatal acetaminophen use and autism or ADHD. The finding comes after President Trump and Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. warned against Tylenol in pregnancy in September 2025, triggering a 10 percent drop in emergency department use and a lawsuit from Texas.
